The room was small but it was just me staying there so it worked. The room was clean and in good condition. I liked the location close to stores and restaurants. I would stay there again if I'm down in the area.

Website listed price was not honored by hotel after I had already made reservations. When I arrived they charged more for the room and said the website was incorrect. The room was very small, but clean. Check in was quick.

It was a filthy place. Felt unsafe while there Staff was belittling, unhelpful and would not refund money for two of the nights we did not stay. Room was full of roaches, floor was very sticky and beds were crusty. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Parking was right outside my door. Room was dated but clean. Everything in the room worked as it should. The young boy at the front desk seemed to be a little lost when I was trying to check-in. But the lady that came along was more than helpful. Great stay for the money. Will stay there again when in sedalia. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance as well as a large grocery store across the street. The microwave in the refrigerator in the room. Both worked excellent.

Got my money's worth.

Cleaner than most older motels. Small but was more than adequate for an overnight stay on a hunting trip. Heat/air unit was quiet and there was a good sized TV to watch. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
