Nice rooms inside

It's not much to look at from the outside, but the rooms are clean, updated, and comfortable on the inside. And the air conditioner in our room was the quietest hotel air conditioner we've ever heard, yet it still cooled nicely. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, and waffles.

Front Desk Attentive, Housekeeping a Disaster

I stayed here last night with my family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. To start on a positive note, the front desk staff were attentive — I called ahead to let them know I’d be arriving after midnight due to a flight delay, and when I arrived check-in was quick and smooth. However, the room itself was nothing like the pictures online. The floor was dirty and stained, and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was a used soap left behind and only one clean towel, despite the reservation being for four people. The mattress was so worn out that you sank into it, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and the towels were thin and scratchy. What really concerned me most was the sense that the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. That’s unacceptable at any hotel. Overall, while the staff were polite and helpful at the desk, the condition and cleanliness of the room made this stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this location unless management makes serious improvements in housekeeping and maintenance.

Do better!

The front desk attendant was really nice and efficient. The room however smelled of cigarette smoke, stain(number2) in toilet, toilet didn’t flush, shower leaked all night and thers black mold in the bathroom. This was absolutely the worst stay, I should have chosen better and looked at the reviews and not just the pictures on line. Great location with a nice selection of restaurants but this is definitely on my “never again” list

Ok for an overnighter

We booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay before an early flight out of Cleveland. We checked in late and left early, so we weren’t looking for luxury—just a place to sleep. This particular Quality Inn wasn’t the nicest one I’ve stayed at, but it also wasn’t the worst. The room was mostly clean and did the job for a short layover. I wouldn’t book it for a multi-day vacation, but for a quick airport stop, it was fine. If you just need a place to crash before catching a flight, this place works. Just keep your expectations in check.

The check-in was nice. Our room was terrible. There was a strong odor. Dead bugs in the bathroom. The curtains wouldn’t closed We have to leave to buy disinfectant spray & wipes. And use air purifier. But it didn’t help.the staff is nice. However, I cannot recommend the Inn.
