I always prefer to stay at Embassy suites due to their breakfast and always have a pleasant experience in the past but not with one. Check in was easy and quick, but when entered the room there was rust stains on the floor. We did not make a fuzz about it. However as we stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights, no one showed up to clean the room or replenish the supplies. Front desk was calleduptiple times and was told someone from housekeeping will be there shortly but no one showed up. Later on I saw an additional charge of $150 on my cc. Called the hotel and inquired about the charge and a related invoice, I was told it was an additional cleaning charge. Tried to talk to the AGM, with no luck. Left a voiceessage a couple of times, and no one ever got back to me even to discuss. Very disappointing experience at this location, so make sure to check your credit card as they might charge you without any explanation or invoice.

Lobby area nice. Bed was comfortable. Clean linens. Good location. Nice staff. Unfortunately, suite was mediocre, like older Days Inn property experiences. Stained carpeting, scratched up wood furniture, ceiling in bathroom pealing. Warped main door. Didnt smell fresh, as if smoking room. Breakfast was bad. Greasy eggs, not much of a selection. Bad quality. It wasnt worth the rate we paid. Overall, unbecoming qualities for an Embassy Suites hotel. Disappointed. Would not go back to that one.

Bar service needs to do better

Had tickets for free cocktails. Was told first night they were good until 7:30. Arrived at 7:10 at the bar second night. Bartender commented as she was walking past behind the bar, those were only good until 7. Said she be right back. Waited 20 minutes and finally a second bartender came over and asked what I would like to drink. In the meantime, the first bartender walked behind the bar past where I was sitting several times amd never acknowledged me again. Do better!

Very convenient stay and location. Needed to switch rooms due to AC which worked out because the second room was cleaner. The first room wasn’t bad I just noticed a few things. Service was prompt and friendly, no hassle changes. Breakfast was good and the omelette team was friendly even under pressure and a long line which goes a long way. I will stay again!
