Although the bed was comfortable and the room pretty quiet, the pillows were the smallest pillows I've ever seen and flat. There was no ice available anywhere apparently. Ice machine on the first floor was broken. ice machine on the third floor was also not working nor was there ice available in the dining area. I texted the concierge number who said someone from the front desk would get back to me and it never happened. Our bathroom floor could have been much cleaner and the one drape in the room was horribly stained. These were massive stains on the curtain. Definitely needs money put into maintenance and upkeep.

Disappointed.

All the staff were incredibly nice and I truly appreciate that but the hotel does not look like the photos on Hotels.com. The hotel had no working ice machines. Our room had visible water damage on the windows. The ceiling was dirty, as was the headboard. While the hotel was on the older side (which is fine) the room was dirty. We expected better from the Country Inn and Suites name.

This was a very nice property, but it was a very dated. When your rooms are all done in mustard, yellow, and brown you know it’s from a different generation! The staff was wonderful and the room was relatively clean, however, you had to request towels and they only clean your room every three days so the expectation was you use your towels for three days. One of the nice perks was a cookie when you arrived. I will stay there again only because the price was very reasonable. But they need to begin the process of upgrading this property.

Wondering if there is work in progress and improvements will hopefully come but truly, if this is under new ownership, the biggest issue is that it's very dirty. Not up to standards. We used to stay at these same hotel brand years ago, so many times. They were great. Neat and clean. I was afraid to walk on the floor in bare feet in the room. Overall just very dirty. Beds poorly made up. Pretty gross in the bathrooms. Only two towels. Bed was old and worn down, not comfortable at all, but I could deal with that if it wasn't so filthy. Old is one thing, but my suggestion for the ownership (I own 10 Airbnbs) is to keep it clean and super tidy and gradually update it.

The room appeared clean but just had a hint of an odor. Bed was comfortable. Also we could hear rather loudly, people walking in the room above us. The breakfast was the best I have had in one of those help yourself breakfast areas!

The hotel was revamped. The lobby floor has the fake wood style floor on top of the old floor so it was spongy in places. Biggest gripe is fecal material left in a couple spots on the toilet seat, which is why my rating is a 2 stars.

The receipt I received at checkout did not match what I was charged on my credit card. Our room had ants and gnats and we had trouble with our room key and could not enter our room on our last night. This was definitely below the value we expected from Country Inn & Suites.

The hotel itself was fine. Its in an area that can get a little congested traffic wise. Our room was actually really nice. Theres an elevator which after hiking 7-8 miles a day is great. But the room and hotel in general are clean and well kept. My only complaint is that the mattress was awful. I dont know if all the rooms have the same mattresses or not. But ours was very uncomfortable. Other than that, no complaints.
