Pam the check in girl was rude after ubering from airport she made me aware check in was 4pm and it’s a $100 CASH deposit. So I had to walk down and up a giant hill in the snow to find an ATM and wait in snow until 4pm. She told me I was not aloud to “hang out” in the lobby. Do not stay here if u are ubering and alone

The elevator didn't work, bath tub dirty, after 1st day the key didn't work, no ice machine on 2nd floor. Cable going in and out.Not a place I would record. Staff very professional.
