The staff didn’t clean my room as advertised every day. I had to ask to have room cleaned. Or one day coffee was not relished. Other than that it was excellent, front desk staff were superb

The staff was helpful. The room was poorly kept. The curtains were in disrepair with large rips.

We only stayed for one night went to the Steeler game ! Go Steelers ! Beat the Bengals by the way ! lol the location was great close to stadium. We walked afterwards. There was a couple of good bars in the neighborhood to watch the rest of the games and all it is a perfect spot specially if you're in for a game, I would highly recommend it to any of my friends or family

Lovely town and very clean and comfortably room. The locks were difficult to manage.

The front staff was helpful friendly and respectful The room was dusty - phone covered , tv shelf also the microwave fridge cart was falling apart , the bathtub had rust / orange present

Parking nearby, convenient location for baseball/football games. Modern, clean, parking across the street for reasonable cost. Staff very pleasant and accommodating
