I called for an early check-in and was told to arrive at noon. I was there at noon but told no room was available until between 1 & 2. The rooms were dirty. The floors were covered in sand. Very limited real food options on-site and close by. We did not use the waterpark. It appeared dirty and cold ...

The facility needs to be updated the breakfast was very limited I just four pieces of bread out to make toast in the morning for the people staying there it's rather outdated and needs some general improvement to go forward we will not stay there again

Room was clean. The doors were a little warped and had to make sure to close before leaving room. Was a cold weekend when we stayed. Looked forward to using the hot tub. The water in the hot tub was almost colder than the pool water.
