The property and the service are great.
However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle.
To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others.

Uncomfortable backaches
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable to us. We didn’t get a good nights rest and woke up with backaches.
My family and I stayed for a few days!
We really wanted our stay and staff was very welcoming. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future

The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was not that great. The waffle maker was not cooking the waffle all the way through. Had to leave the waffle in for three times to get it done. The eggs were gross but other than that it was okay.
Only two complaints. Check-in desk was not staffed at 2pm on a Sat. afternoon. My husband and I and another group waited well over 15 minutes for a staff member to appear and than one of the computers would not download. Secondly, no elevator available.
This stay was for the VOA country music fest. Great location to the festival. The breakfast was good, our room was nice. There was an indoor pool that we didn't utilized but looked nice. The area was quiet. It needs more parking spots. The only issue we had was the stained linen, the sheets and down blanket had rust color spots.
