This is an old property which you kind of expect with a Motel 6. But price wise, it was very affordable.

Nice size room with very large bathroom breakfast buffet was high quality on site bar restaurant food was delicious

Our second stay, at Wayne Brook, and already planning next visit. On arrival greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff - Lola is fantastic. We stayed in Queen/Jacuzzi suite. Room was beautiful old world charm. With modern jacuzzi bathroom. Also very nice decor in hallways and common areas - each a had well thought out theme Horses pictures etc. Highly recommend

Very nice room and stay. There was an issue with kids not being watched by their parents making loud noises or playing around after 10 pm and I immediately notified the front desk and they saw it on the camera and immediately took action and it stopped. THANK YOU so much.

Nice looking facility could’ve been a little cleaner and a little more updated but the staff was phenomenal and the restaurant next-door was quite a treat

Great hotel! Breakfast at their temporary restaurant was awesome! Everyone, from Yolanda at the front desk, to the housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable and newly remodeled with great amenities. We stay here once a year and we will continue to make it our choice when we are in the area. Thank you for another great stay!!

Just need some improvement like furniture and well kept towels in bathroom !
