The hotel was comfortable and the beds were nice. Every interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and they were very friendly. They did appear understaffed, co sideline the place appeared to be nearly full. I really appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly. Though it is clear some patrons don't pick up after their pets, which is a shame. That is one area on the exterior that could usesome sprucing up. Maybe the placement of more pet waste collection bins (even though some people will ignore it because they are slobs).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another great stay at the Cheyenne Guest Inn! I’ve stayed here several times over the years, and one thing that never changes is the outstanding customer service. The staff is always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cares about their guests. This trip we stayed in one of the older rooms, and while it may not have all the updates of the renovated rooms, it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well cared for. You can tell the team takes pride in maintaining the property. It’s refreshing to find a place where you’re treated like a valued guest instead of just another reservation. Thank you to the entire staff for consistently providing such a positive experience. We’ll definitely be back!
