A welcome stay at a premier property. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. An hour from the park. The roads are not the best, but it goes with the area. The food was excellent and the free breakfast is all you will need.

The help at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The evening meals were very good. The hotel is older and in some need of update but still very comfortable and safe.

I have been to 26 countries and have stayed at many hotels. I must say that at Kaliwa, staff go out of the way to make sure the guests feel like home. Tanzanian people are super kind and honest, and this hotel has the best of the best. Specially Kami, thanks for all you did for us. We miss you already !
