Chisago City Vacation Packages

Room was nice. Good for what I needed, enough space for myself and nothing crazy. Front service staff upon late check in was odd and a bit unhelpful. Think it wasn’t a great way to start the trip.

The location downtown is great. Staff was very nice and efficient. Room is clean and comfortable.

Nice room, great view. Very quiet.

The front desk staff was very helpful when we phoned in because we didn’t know where parking was. He guided us right to the spot. Very convenient access to the hotel and to the surrounding area. Our room had everything we needed and was quiet. We will come again when we visit the city.♥️

Love everything about this hotel!!!!

Pet friendly, beautiful place with lots of character

Pros - clean, modern, and well maintained. Cons - pillows in room are extremely too flat and hard. Restaurant staff service was horrible on both occasions that I went there. Apparently there was a lack of staff to handle the workload and the wait for service was unacceptable. I would stay here again though but eat somewhere else.

The manager is fantastic! The staff is professional & the breakfast is the best ever free hotel breakfast!♥️
