The staff was amazing, Amazing crew that helped me get to know Nicaragua and their language. They helped make this trip memorable and made it hard to leave if I could give 10 stars for the staff I would.

The property is beautiful especially the pool area. We were not informed when checking in about that we had to inform them when to clean the room. The staff was not proactive, for example we needed towels, why not pay attention to the garbage can or anything that might be needed in the room like water, coffee, etc. The light in our room kept turning on at different times in the night waking us up during our stayed. When we informed them, they knew about it but no resolution. We asked to have the room clean and 3 ladies were in the room, didn’t make sense because the mildew in the bathroom was awful. The ladies in morning always in a group of three talking and on the phone. I asked for tortillas, they had bread and it wasn’t offered. Overall the customer service, cleanest and the buffet presentation needs some attention. It is a place to stay a night or two as the area offers restaurants within walking distance and pool area is Beautiful. John Kennedy provided excellent customer services.
