Overall, the experience was good. There was a delay in getting checked in due to an error that needed to get resolved with another customer while we waited. Only one person working the desk. It appeared to be an error the hotel had made.

We had a hard time finding the motel, thought it was on the freeway. It was after dark and once we found it, the entrance was equally hard to find. Almost went over a curb as the motel parking lot next door did not connect. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
