Un très bon hébergement "de route", pleins de commodités comme un mini frigo et un micro-ondes dans la chambre, piscine et arcades. Petit déjeuner variés et très bon. L'hôtel manque un peu d'amour par contre.. le papier peint est décollé à plusieurs endroits et le tapis du couloir au 3e étages est tellement épais que les valises ne peuvent rouler! Climatisation extrêmement bruyante !

The whole hotel is not being maintained. Stained carpet in hallway and room, dirty lamp shades, connecting door for adjoining room was broken and screwed back on top, light bulbs out over sink, drawer was broken and would not stay closed, sliding window fell out. Staff was ok, but seemed a little annoyed. Breakfast was ok. Won’t stay there again.

Rooms look nothing like the pictures on the Internet. The smell was horrible. Follow us provided for this hotel on the Internet are not the amenities that you are going to use and stay in. False advertising.

It’s ok

We were there for four nights. The location was great, halfway between Lake Placid and Tupper Lake. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable, however carpets felt damp to walk on in bare feet. We had 3 rooms. Some had issues with air conditioners. We weren’t expecting clean sheets every day, because we didn’t request them. However, after the first day, our room didn’t receive clean towels (we got them ourselves). They did take our dirty towel pile on the bathroom floor. And we had to empty our waste baskets into a larger one near the ice machine. The continental breakfast was ok (waffles, toast, cereal, fruit). The Grandkids loved the heated indoor pool ! The staff was very friendly. All in all a very enjoyable stay in a wonderful scenic location. Thanks a lot !
