This was clearly a hookup motel. The rude staff was behind glass. There was only one person allowed in the “lobby”, which was the size of a bathroom, at a time. There was a cash ONLY deposit required for a hot tub suite. There was an ATM in the “lobby”, which also had a fee. The rules were no one under 21, which was a very good rule. When we turned the TV on, it was on channel “DVD1” which was an extremely graphic adult movie. “DVD2” was the same. There was a wedge pillow on the king sized bed. At the foot of the bed there were two easy-to-clean chairs set up as if it was a viewing area. The hot tub was huge and could fit two people laying down which was in the corner. The corner was completely mirrored. The bed and hot tub were clean. The floor didn’t have any carpet which would make you assume they would mop occasionally. It was very dirty. Going from the hot tub to several feet away to sit down to put socks on, our feet were black. It was disgusting to think of what was on the floor. There was black mold/mildew on the bottom of the bathroom door. There was also a mattress propped up against the end of one of the building. People were smoking pot outside.

The room was disgusting, it smelled terrible. We needed to sleep and only lasted 10 minutes in the room. Afterwards, we felt lightheaded as we were induced by some airborne drugs.

Not the worst not the best

Service was great, staff was friendly. Room was clean for the most part. Ceiling had signs of water damage from upstairs unit. Bed was not very comfortable but not horrible if you like a firm bed. Had plenty of pillows, even a "play" pillow(wedge). All in all for the savings from staying downtown id choose it again.

Only thing I didn’t like is who ever cleaning the rooms not clean it real good or sanitizing I had ants around my Jacuzzi tub because somebody had probably previous had beer in there and it was a beer bottle top so I had to clean it myself. The shower was nasty. I wasn’t able to take a shower I had to just wash up. when I pay that type of money, I expect to be able to take showers and relax without having to clean it. The overall experience is cool. The customer service is very great.

Everything was great. Not sure if the motel knows that the plug in the whirlpool doesn’t stay unplugged. You have to sit there for like 20 minutes holding it open for the water to drain. Also, don’t know if they’re aware that
