In the cold

I really like the hotel. I stayed in Champaign, Illinois, and it was a wonderful stay. Due to the inconvenience of traveling, we booked the same hotel chain since we enjoyed our stay in Champaign when arriving in Chicago. When we arrived in Chicago, I called the hotel to be picked up from the airport. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the pick-up area, we waited for almost three hours in this awful Chicago cold weather. We had to call an Uber, and the hotel stated the bus was there at the site. I was not a happy camper.
