The staff and everything was great! The room was very clean and pleasant. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The room was not musty or scummy at all. I had a great experience here. I will be staying again.

Beware when staying at this Hotel! I checked into my room on the 25th of September and noticed the TV was not working and the screen was messed up So I went to the front desk and they put me in a new room. The stay was ok and I got up the next morning and had breakfast, showered and checked out. I got home the next day to find out they charged my credit card $300!!! I called the hotel and they told me they charged my credit card because I broke the TV! Absolutely Ridiculous !!! If this is the way they treat people I would strongly recommend not staying at this place or any CROWN PLAZA HOTEL!
