I reserved a room at this hotel following an event at the neighboring event center. When I arrived, I was disappointed with the quality of the room, considering the price. The furnishings were very basic, the carpet was stained, the bathroom was dirty in corners and there was only one sad bar of soap. But I was looking to make the best of it. After the event when I return to my room, there were teenagers running around all over the hotel. They were yelling and screaming, using the elevator to go up and down one floor, just creating havoc. I tried to call the front desk twice, and nobody answered.
