It’s not the best and it’s not the worst. You got everything you need in the room basically. You probably won’t find parking by your room at night it gets pretty filled up, but other than that I’d probably stay here again. Just some of the stuff is old like the TV and the bath tub had like rust stains on it, but other than that everything was good.

My problem was with hsving the shuttle fetch me from the airport. I couldn't get thru to th hotel, so ended up taking an uber. I explained the matter to the Gen Manager, who agreed to cover the cost of the Uber. I found the staff extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient; and the breakfast quite nice. Shuttle to the airport the next morning was perfect.

It’s wasn’t the greatest stay and I found a bed bug in my room. I had to check out a day early and didn’t get refund for that night that’s fine I just get wanna get bit up.

There are only two reasons to choose this hotel: its low price and its location—a 10-minute walk to the city train. Other than that, it falls short in many areas: poor management, understaffing (one person seems to handle everything), lack of attention to refilling breakfast items, weak wifi, and non-standard blankets and pillows, to name a few.
