Nice room but slow check in

The room itself was nice, comfortable and clean. breakfast buffet had only small selection - no meat or fruit - only cereal, eggs, potatoes or french toast. Hotel was undergoing renovations in lobby and aisle way. Biggest complaint was very slow check in. We arrived 40 minutes early and would not let us check in - came back an hour later and it took us 40 minutes to check in - long line and long process.

The property was under construction. A lot of dust in the lobby/restaurant area. And some areas in the hallways needed some work. Staff was great. Once they finish their construction, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The sheets were very scratchy and itchy. Perhaps it's what's they are cleaned in? The front desk was super helpful and changed my room after I asked for a different one. I was very grateful for their help! The breakfast was great!

Property was going through some maintenance, so it wasn’t in the overall BEST condition. Didn’t impact my stay. Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. It was just one quick night and out early next morning, so I didn’t get to experience much else.

Very dated property with matching smell. Although cosmetic renovations were done, the television had to be 15 years old and tiny. No channel guide, the ac came on at 1:49 am and sounded like a jet engine. Breakfast was inedible powder eggs and soft hashbrowns, no meat, no bagels, no fresh fruit, watery coffee, all for $220/night. Asking the staff if any additional breakfast was coming was met with rudeness, same at check in. Very disappointing experience, we slept and left.
