We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in room 452 with 2 sets of bunk beds, a King bed, and a pull out couch. We had plenty of room! We hope to come back next year.

The hotel is a bit dated but very clean. The entire staff is amazing! Stayed there during Cheyenne Frontier Days and it felt like any other week of the year even though the hotel was full. I would stay there again.

No elevator to the second floor. Breakfast was less than good. No good protein offered. Very flimsy paper plates. Saw a child’s food fall off the flimsy plate. Only one coffee maker that was constantly empty. Extra waste of packaging with the cups individually wrapped and you have to waste napkin, fork and knife when you only need one spoon because it’s packaged together. No room service received.

The staff was great and friendly. The bldg is old and tho they tried to hide some of it with caulking etc, it showed. There was no shampoo in the pump bottle. Carpet was stained and needed replacement. I guess for over $347. Per night, we expected perfection. It was as clean as possible. Location was convenient.

In town for the Cheyenne Frontier Days so we expected the higher prices. The facility was very clean and neat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Indoor pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The location was perfect to travel to CFD events. I would definitely stay there again.
