Room was clean and comfortable. It would be nice to have a microwave or toaster in the breakfast area. Breakfast options were good, just would have been nice to warm up the rolls or biscuits. Breakfast host did a nice job of keeping the food stocked and area clean. Overall good stay and friendly staff

Nice Room, Poor Service

The biggest reason we picked this hotel was for the pool. Upon arrival we were told the pool was closed. No offer of a discount, no prior warning, no options for public pools or other activities. Facility maintenance is expected, but not offer any sort of compensation or warning is unacceptable. In addition, the representative at the front desk was on their phone during check-in; they had to be addressed before looking up to assist. The breakfast was good (nothing special), and the rooms were nice. Single elevator was very slow.
