We stayed here for 3 nights and I can’t wait to stay again. In a brilliant location for Smokey Mountain National Park, local amenities and the train ride we took in Bryson City. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived and the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The room was clean and parking was extremely convenient, right outside our door.

Room was clean, but we wanted a non smoking room which we got however it had a door joining another room. So our neighbor decides to smoke pot for hours ans we cpuld not stand it. We chose to leave the hotel and was not given a refund because pot is legal they said.

My room was exceptionally clean. I’ve stayed in about 20 hotels in the past month and a half on a lengthy road trip and this was honestly the cleanest hotel room I’ve seen. Front desk staff was friendly upon check-in, but I was so tired from hiking in the Smokies that I spent most of the time here sleeping. There are are many restaurants nearby but I opted just to get a meatball sandwich at the local firehouse subs because it was cheap and quick. In room, coffee and in the lobby in the morning were well stocked. I really couldn’t ask for more, especially given the price that I paid on a Saturday night in this area.

I had specifically request a king handicap accessible room and when I got there they did not have one. I had to take a queen due to my wife’s disability and they tried to charge me for a king. I had to go through a bit of trouble getting the rate change done. The hotel was however clean and the coffee each morning was nice. I would give them another chance.

Spotlessly clean room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very quiet. This is a gem in Cherokee. It is located close to the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain Park.
