Rooms clean,bed very comfortable

First, was the room was not what I booked. Second, was the breakfast was not inside the property and I booked for family of five that is two adults and three children but they are giving us just two coupons for breakfast and I was spending extra 40 dollars each day to buy breakfast for the kids. Third, no one show care or concern about the situation.

The room is basic but clean. The bathroom is small. There is no mirror in the room other than the one above the bathroom vanity. The pool is nice but the water was quite cloudy so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The breakfast area was too small for the number of people using it. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good experience

I booked through Expedia with multiple confirmation of my booking h up to less than 24 hours before arriving only to arrive at 5pm with a sick child to be told my reservation had been canceled. The hotel Said they “messaged me through Expedia” no email. No phone call. An i ternal Message to Expedia chat that I did not even know existed. Expedia did not form me of the cancellation. Spent 45 on hold twice with Expedia-you try I g someone at Expedia it’s impossible. Finally reached someone who said “sorry for the I convenience let us try to rebook you” what the hell! Then they put me on hold again for 30 minutes when I asked for a simple refund. Terrible communication by hotel and by Expedia. Hotel had no room, I then spent 2 hours trying to find alternative accommodation.
