Room smelled front desk staff were not helpful when checking in didn’t look happy to be there and didn’t tell us where anything was. Restaurant staff were happy and helpful food was decent Pool was nice but pool furniture was filthy and needs to be wiped down at minimum once at the end of each night Beds in room were old and very soft to the point where you slide off because it’s so worn in All in all wouldn’t stay here again

We found the facilities to be clean and well maintained and all our interactions with staff were very pleasant. One pleasant aspect not particularly common was 12pm checkout and extended breakfast hours. Other reviews note excessive vagrancy in the area which unfortunately is accurate but entirely the result local policies. We felt perfectly safe and the establishment is clearly engaging in best possible efforts to keep that environment outside their boundaries.

My favorite place to stay in Spokane

Parking felt safe. Our room was extremelyn quiet. Could not hear doors slamming, neighbors in their rooms, people walking down the halls, or people talking.

Always a dependable stayover.. excellent breakfast.. easy parking
