Useful free bus shuttle to station. Staff very courteous. Handy for station but perhaps a little too far from downtown Kyoto. Didn’t use pool as there was a substantial charge per person per session. Would have expected guest use for free.

We loved staying at this property. Very close to the train station and easily accessible. Staff was great and rooms were very modern and greatly maintained. Breakfast buffet was awesome.

Great location, wonderful and very helpful staff clean rooms with great amenities. Delicious bakery in lobby with excellent restaurant and rooftop bar with bites. Overall excellent choice.
