Our last nights in Queenstown were enhanced with the awesome room which included laundry in the room. Bathroom had heated towel bar. We were able to wash all our cloths before leaving for home which was a big convivence not having to perform that choir after the trip.

Parking was very tightly spaced but was under cover and convenient. The views from the room were superb and the staff was very professional and helpful. The hot tub was a bonus.

Stay was great. Only complaint was one of the windows did not have blinds or blackout curtains letting a ton of street light in. Made sleeping difficult at times. Everything else was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Queenstown Lakeside overall. The room was cared for daily with clean towels(if needed) and bed made.
