This hotel was amazing! We received a very warm welcome and were checked in early as a room was ready. The hotel was very clean and pristine. The room was huge and clean with all the amenities we needed. We wanted to stay in to enjoy the hotel.

Room was largely fine but could clearly hear other rooms showering which is really poor and not something I’ve ever experienced in a hotel before. “Restaurant” had no business calling itself that. Barely even warm food, reheated if anything and horribly expensive. Certainly wouldn’t rush back.

Took 4 attempts to get non feather pillows then breakfast the next morning took 25 minutes to get pot of tea and was even asked after 20 minutes what coffee had we wanted. I had to go and ask staff after 10 minutes of sitting at the table to order our breakfast which then took another 10 minutes ...
