Novotel Evry Courcouronnes
No hair conditioner for the day 1 and asked for it and never came. One light off and power outlet doesn’t work. The staff just pretended to do his job but didn’t. Other Novotels is good but not for the Enry one.

Not clean, not organized, access from the airport is inconvenient, no access to taxis, scammers… charge and the morning crowd did not know what they charged yesterday and are charging again

The hotel is OK, but the staff could learn a lot of lessons. There are two Mecure airport hotels, so be careful. I went to the wrong one, and the staff was of no assistance at all.

Hôtel Orly Superior
Room wasn’t ready. Was assigned another room that the tv and the phone didn’t work. The chair in the room was stained as well as carpets. I will say that regardless, the staff stepped up right away to fix the tv and phone.
