I checked-in and front desk not even say Hi. I had to go everyday to change my key because they said if keep the key next to your phone they have to reprogram it. Room was super dirty no vacuum, dust, mold , broken bathtub and strong smell. They said they have construction on 8th floor and i told them I have 3 months baby and they decided to put me on 7th floor . I asked them to move me they said they cant. Iron was damaged and Front desk said all irons are same and he cant ch age it.

The hotel is pet friendly and I’m sure a cat was in our room, it’s smelled like cat urine and we left the window open all night to deal with it. The bartender was busier trying to avoid us instead of trying to take our order. It’s about a 2 star hotel, several tour buses and lobby restrooms where always dirty

I couldn't sleep. I got to the hotel 1am in nnedbof sleep since check out was 12p. By 8am I woke up with a big noise of hammer drilling, called the front office they told me that they can do anything about noise the building was ander construction. Next dirtiest with smell like mold, the water shawer was linking in room. Called the front office they told me that they kn ow about issues in yhat room 608. Was too late to change the room. I felt scammed since the manager refused to talk to me about the horrible service i received

This was last minute booking due to flight cancellation. It’s close to the hotel but outdated, old, musty. The exact opposite of what I expect from a so called 4 star hotel. And the a/c barely worked, rust and mouldy bathroom…. Let’s say I was happy to have to leave to catch an early flight
