This place is disgusting. There is brown liquid literally dripping down the walls in the lobby. Elevator was out of service, it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana, the room was filthy and had stains on the comforter and looked like someone had been laying on it, there was black hair all over the bathroom, rust, and dirt. There were also very sketchy people clearly living in the hotel. We left immediately and were denied a refund.

Overall really great for a quick one night stay. Outdoor pool is awesome

The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was clean and spacious, and it did the trick for what we needed. Aside from the awesome staff everything was just adequate, except the pillows. The pillows were horrible…

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I booked two rooms, each with two beds. On the morning of my arrival, I called the hotel and spoke with a representative who confirmed that both rooms were reserved next to each other. However, when I arrived that night, the front desk representative did not honor the reservation as previously confirmed. Instead, I was assigned two rooms that were far apart, and one of the rooms had only one bed instead of two. That room was also not properly prepared—it only had a mattress, and there was a strong unpleasant odor. I showed the front desk my reservation clearly stating that I had booked two rooms with two beds in each. Despite this, the staff was rude and initially refused to provide the rooms I had reserved. After a lengthy and frustrating argument, they finally assigned the correct rooms. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The bed sheets had visible stains, and when I reported the issue, the front desk representative refused to replace them or resolve the problem. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service, failure to honor the reservation, and unacceptable room conditions. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I travels a lot but Never had such an experience in my life earlier.

Great hotel, great location! Enjoyed our stay there.

Room was spotless, breakfast was just what we e, parking was right in front of the door and Dede and her staff were wonderful.

Will not stay again. The reviews did not match the room I stayed in.
