Pets stay free!

Very helpful staff. Very polite front desk. And when I wanted to remove the ada chair from my room they let me store it in a maintenance closet instead of making me place it somewhere in my room.

Booked King room for three nights with breakfast (extra fee at this locauiction) and paid upon arrival. However, the front desk did not give us the required tickets nor tell us they were even needed. Nothing was said by the waitstaff when given a cash tip after the first breakfast meal. The following morning we were confronted by the waitstaff as if we had walked out on the previous days check. A quick review by the front desk revealed that we had indeed PAID upon check in. Not even a simple apology was offered to help mitigate the insult, offense and embarrassment caused by their oversight.
