Property is small but well maintained. Most staff were friendly but the staff at Jojo’s often didn’t acknowledge you for several minutes when trying to place an order. Location to the beach was great. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Chef Abdul at Pelago was incredible. The food there was excellent and he was very friendly, circulating and chatting with all the patrons. My wife went to the spa for a 75-minute massage that she said was just okay, but nothing special. We understand the owners want you to stay and spend money on the property but more information about local things to see and do would have been nice. The daily shuttle to the grocery store for $10 was really the only suggestion provided by the staff.

I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine. Housekeeping was included in the price, which is something welcome compared with my previous stays. Something incredible was the direct access to the private beach. The villa has a nice beachfront sundeck and ocean kayaks. The powdery white beach was incredible, like being in heaven. This is an incredibly safe place for ocean sports. We went kite surfing and also hired some jet skis Our concierge did a great job again arranging both activities for us. We will be returning again!

We love the beach view. If you looking to relax with peace and quiet time, this is the perfect villa to do that. The private beach with the company of sea turtles in the ocean was a site to sea. We enjoyed the night time breeze sitting on our patio for a nap cap cocktail.

Resort was beautiful and I would most definitely go back. I just didn’t like the food for the price but that’s okay because they’re good food places off property. My room was so beautiful I had a private pool over looking the ocean. The most wonderful site l’ve seen in a while. Everything else was great room clean and resort is up to date. I will recommend anyone to go here. You really would have to go experience for yourself because words wouldn’t explain how amazing my stay was.

Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!
