"One night stay before an early morning flight "
The hotel is clean, check in went smoothly and had no issues getting on to the free airport shuttle provided for my morning flight. Decent breakfast was included. If you need to stay one night to get yourself closer to the airport, it does the trick!

"Nice Hotel, Questionable Neighborhood"
The property was in a somewhat difficult to find location...the taxi was a little lost trying to find it. The staff were all extremely helpful. The manager on duty gave us directions to a great little pedestrian area with lots of night life and restaurants. However, the walk to and from the hotel was a bit odd; the walls and buildings were covered with graffiti and the streets had trash laying around. I think the neighborhood must have been nice at one time, but it is now very decayed. I would have chosen a place closer to the main square if I had known this. The room was very cute and had charming decor.

"Hotel nice, neighborhood not so! "
I loved the hotel, its decoration, great staff. The problem is its location, quite dark at night and a little away from main áreas.

"Great hotel, close to the beach"
This was a great hotel, the beach was just across the road. They also had a pool and a pool side bar. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom was quite big too. We did have a balcony but the view wasn't great, it was just a view of another building. The hotel was really close to the airport, a single journey cost €30. The hotel isn't walking distance to get to the main city centre, on our first night we got a taxi but that cost €15, and so spending €30 a day to get to and from can be a little costly. From the second day we started getting the bus. The bus costs €2 and takes around 10 mins to take you to town, the only thing is the buses aren't that frequent, probably one every hour or so. We went second week of July and the buses get so packed! The main city centre is great, there's a pizza there and so much to see in terms of architecture.

"The beach was just 5 minutes away"
From the moment I arrived at the hotel until up to my last minute I could not find any fault. There is an excellent customer care throughout all the employees involved. Breakfast was good. The hotel help you to go to the town centre (extra cost) but it does speed up your frequently visits to the shops and restaurants. There was also a Van available to take you to a private beach where you are treated like a star. The beach bar cater for all sort of drinks. The usual cold shower is available too.

"Beautiful hotel in a spectacular location."
Bosco Ciancio is a wonderful small hotel with a staff that wants to enhance your stay. They will help with directions, restaurant recommendations, and how to best see the area. Their comfortable rooms are also tastefully furnished. Near reception are several welcoming sitting areas, as well as outdoor decks, both encouraging either quiet contemplation of the beautiful setting or lively conversation over espresso or a glass of wine. The restaurant offers high quality regional food, exceptional local wines at very reasonable price.

"Good hotel close to Catania Centrale station"
Chose this hotel for a stopover on the way to Syracuse due to evening arrival of BA flight from Gatwick. Got the Alibus airport shuttle to the train station which takes about 20 minutes, then 5 minutes walk to the hotel, so less than half an hour from the airport to the hotel. Checked in and then went to Hosteria del Panda for dinner. This is an excellent hosteria in the next street to the hotel (about 2 minutes walk) Hotel room was split level with bed on a mezzanine. Steps up to the bed were quite steep so don't choose this room if you have limited mobility, but we enjoyed the layout. Good continental style breakfast in the morning with a sun terrace and gazebos if you want to eat al fresco. We stayed indoors as it was cooler. Hotel is quirky with some nice murals and an arty theme as the name implies. Great staff on reception who answered all of our queries and recommended the hosteria where we had supper. Were able to leave our cases there until late afternoon, giving us time to walk around Catania during the day before taking the train on to Syracuse.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Centuripe hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
