Worst place I ever stayed smelling like humidity bathroom dirty everywhere disgusting

This was the perfect place to stay just to get away for a few days. The host/staff have thought of everything guests would need in the rooms, and the attention to detail is noticed in every corner. The room was emmaculate and the room amenities are brand new and high quality. The inn also has a sauna and hot tub for guests as well. The lake access was so nice, and it was a huge perk to be able to use the provided paddleboard (instead of having to pump up the one I brought). There is private outdoor seating (along with a grill!) in a addition to a shared fire pit, which was perfect to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. I cannot say enough what a great gem this place is!

outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading.

I put down a $50.00 deposit when I arrived. When I got home 3 hours away I called to get my deposit back. I wa told that the deposit couldn’t be given back to me unless I was there in person. It should be easy enough to credit my credit card or send a cheque. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Our only complaint would have been about the loud air conditioner. Otherwise, the inn exceeded our expectations in every area. We will certainly stay again if we're in the area.

Great stay

The location is convenient, but unfortunately the hotel itself was disappointing. The building feels old and not very well maintained. I stayed on the second floor and saw what appeared to be small centipedes in the bathroom on two consecutive days.
