Stains on the carpet floor. They initially alloted a room that was not cleaned, later we were shifted to a cleaned room when we told the issue. No phone lines between rooms were working. Utensils were old and lots of scrteches on pans. For few days only one elevator was working. Some of the guests at the property were lound on the parking and there was also incident where cops were called to interfere.

All great except the very noisy toilet. When you flesh, you probably can wake up whole saint louis

I was really looking forward to stayng at this property however, my room had quite a few broken items and was simply not very clean. The bed had one side that was sunken and very uncomfortable. When I got into my room after just having driven 10 hours the TV did not work for the 1st 24 hours. I just wanted to relax and watch the news, not to mention I couled not watch college football the following day. The hotel's in room phones were not working the entire time so I would have to call the front desk with my personal phone of which was not a problem but when calling I would not get the front desk and instead was re-routed to several other departments and then I was told they were busy and to call back. I was never able to reach them and had to go down to the front desk few times; each time I would go down there was no other customers in line and were not busy at all even though this is what I was told by the multiple people I was re-routed to. The room itself was not at all what I expected or described on Expedia as well as their own website. The room was not very clean and I ended up using my lysol sheets to wipe everything down.

The front staff was so welcoming and kind. The room so unique
