70 year old couple got upgraded to a suite because of overbooking of the ground floor 1 bedroom unit. However the suite included 32 steps with no elevators. Nice fire pit in the evening. No breakfast or lunch options on property.

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

Goats on the property as well as the spa, pool and hot top!

Location is great, very walkable to restaurants and to downtown. The hotel lobby is spacious, with several pockets to sit. The desk wasn’t staffed constantly, but someone was around if needed. The rooms are in need up updates. The mattress was the worst I have ever experienced. The lighting is dim in the bathroom and bedroom. The rug appears to be very worn out.

The building is too old and in very bad shape. Breakfast, horrible. Bathroom so small that only one person can stay. It looks aufall, crepy, No people in front desk at all. Building is falling apart
