Welcoming and helpful staff. My boys enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning while mom enjoyed the complementary happy hour in the evenings. The suite was spacious. Awesome location. Although half the hotel is unavailable and there is no restaurant on site currently. There are great restaurants in walking distance. The pool is unheated and hot tub is out of order. The pool area could use some tlc.

This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. The unit we rented (312) had an underground garage parking spot right next to the elevator. Also very convenient. The unit itself had every amenity you could want including a full Xfinity TV cable lineup. The report also has an executive golf course with very reasonable rates for vacationers to play. My only complaint (very minor) was that there was not really a separate bedroom TV. There was a monitor that you could watch whatever the person in the living room was watching...but no way to get separate channels.. Overall I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a comfortable resort-style experience in Santa Fe.

The hotel is older. They will deliver a fridge and microwave to your room if you want one, which was a first for us. The shower was not the warmest and no pressure. I choose it to walk to the ZoZobra event but it is really too far away. The property does sit on a hill and fun looking over the town.

Decent place. Room had a funky smell when we arrived and the front desk was unable to move us. (We went and purchased air fresheners to help). Other than that, this is your run of the mill motel. Nothing special, just a place to sleep, shower, etc. Parking was included and plentiful. As for location, pretty good.

The hotel appears very nice and modern both inside and out. The problem occurred when at check in at 4pm our room wasn’t ready until 5pm. They said 20 mins and it ended up being an hour. After traveling all day and only having 1 night at the hotel this was a lot to pay for such a delayed check in. Then it was another 20 minutes before our luggage arrived so nearly 1,5 hours to shower before dinner, etc The manager was very nice and offered us a coupon for dinner. We didn’t realize that the restaurant was so fancy/expensive. That would have been fine had the food been good. The emanada was the only vegetarian entree and the dough was rock solid. The heirloom tomato salad was drenched in a moat of dressing. Our waiter was delightful (Isaac) but after those 2 experience we had had enough. The beds were so soft they were uncomfortable imho. The coffee machine in our room didn’t work and we had an early am flight and needed the caffeine! I spent extra money to get a room with a balcony, but the flooring on the balcony was actually unfinished and somewhat dangerous as well as the chairs being quite uncomfortable out on the balcony. Is quite a pity because it’s one of the few modern hotels in Albuquerque and I really wanted to like it. You’d be better off at a less expensive chain hotel.

The check in was fast and easy. The rooms were clean

Cozy place. Cute. Great for couples. Great view. Parking is far from house. Pool closes very early at 6pm. House runs warm but we did request a fan and they did bring us a box fan that worked great.
