The room was covered in dust and dirt. The floors hadn't been vacuumed, nor mopped. Every surface was sticky. Hair in the shower. Food in the kitchenette sink. Stains on sheets. 10/10, would never stay again.

Staff was above and beyond. Valet, front desk, restaurant. Well done.

We stayed one night because we were going to a funeral in the location with ideal however while the hotel was quite beautiful there was still some issues with water pressure and soaked dispensers. Yes I would stay again.

Really dirty rooms and no good conditions

Typical casino hotel. Only 1 elevator worked at the time of our stay.

The staff was amazing - the linens on the bed were fresh - that’s where my 4 stars comes from. The bathroom floor was sticky and carpet was stained and dirty in appearance. Lots of small cosmetic things just made an overall 2-3 star in the tidy/cleanliness department for me. We were just a quick stop through for the night so didn’t matter to me a whole lot since the beds were clean but definitely not somewhere I’d want to stay multiple nights for $260+ a room.
