All the staff are very helpful especially Ms Camille she helps me a lot with all my requests especially that my reservation is only for four days but we end up staying for ten days because of my mother’s cataract operation. I liked everything except when I asked for extra towel I was told I had to give them one I used first and then they would give me one. I don’t understand why that was and it felt rude to me. But other than that I liked the hotel.

The front desk staff are untrained and rude. They lack customer service skills. We requested two keys as my companion and I share the room but to no avail. The staff are also not stationed in the front desk as they usually chit chat inside the room behind the desk. I ringed the bell and they got out annoyed that it seems I am disturbing their gossiping. The staff here are very unprofessional.
