Excellent experience.

You get what you pay for in this case. Great price- expect an older hotel that has spacious rooms, but is somewhat run down. Think more like a motel. The elevator doors, for example, have liquid stains running down them. Our shower water initially came out brown and we had to switch rooms because there were stains on the sheets. The desk chair had lost the entire leather top…not sure why they kept them. Our curtains had some stains. Everyone was very nice, coffee was good, lobby was in good shape, all was functional. It depends on your priorities. I would pay the $50 more and stay somewhere a little more renovated- but if you really need cost effective, it does the job.
