Basic, simple motel. Pleasant stay. Attendant, Mr. Patel, was friendly. Old 2-story motel with outdoor stairs/walkways and rooms facing parking lot. Looks like it has been renovated at some point since 2000. Room clean, no bugs seen. No breakfast items provided. Shower worked fine. Bed comfortable. Room let in a lot of outside noise, so turn fan on high setting to drown that out.
