We stayed two nights and had a relaxing weekend here. The community pool was nice but really enjoyed the private balcony with hot tub. There are several hiking areas and waterfalls close by to explore then go back for a soak! We will definitely plan to stay again!

This place is wonderful. I love the hot springs and the cold plunge. I l9ve the view looking across the valley. Its also a wonderful location for exploring the area and very affordable. I only wish they had a outdoor soaking area.

We got the standard room! The room was small and the bathroom was small and I think it’s overpriced! There is no elevator and three case of stairs and you have to carry your luggage on the second floor. It was inconvenient. And it was one chair for two people!!!

Easy living at Carson. Mineral pool was clean, plenty of clean towels, shower & private spots to change. Plenty of room in the pool to move around and tip into that cold plunge, if you so dared.

Totally relaxing! Get a massage, Springwater was an excellent massage therapist. Highly recommend the rooms with their own private tubs. The place is a bit old and outdated, beds aren’t super comfortable. Dogs are welcome and we will go back.

Meh.

The service at the hotel itself was fine, the beds were very uncomfortable and the carpet was filthy. I couldn't stay here again. The bathhouse stunk and the massage was so so. Not bad but not great especially considering the price. The restaurant at the resort was severely understaffed. Food was cold. The brewery called backwoods up the road was the best part of the trip.

We had been to this property when it was still just the original hotel and hot springs years ago. Now it has enlarged with a modern hotel used for lodging and a golf course. It think they are in a state of rebuilding while open. As the restaurant is gone from the little hotel and you need to drive up to the golf course to eat. I think they should at least have a basic cafe onsite. Also our room heater was noisy and woke us up during the night. I heard that they were recently purchased. So perhaps it is just growing pains. The old style mineral bath area though was as good as it always was.

The hotel staff could work on their friendliness and customer service. But the spa attendants are friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is very spotty and goes in and out regularly.

We had a short trip, but the room was clean (it is an older property so nothing fancy). I don’t always enjoy the patrons of the communal tub but you can pay for a hour in a private tub or get a room with a tub.

We had a great stay. The resort is older but very well maintained and clean. Jacuzzi on the balcony was nice, I like that you can turn down the temperature of the water. Not everyone can handle the 104 degree water. So that was a plus.
