Awful smell of pine sol and febreeze when you walk into the place which carried onto the room. I should have left and found another place to stay but I did spend one night there. I paid for three nights but couldn’t do another night and asked for a refund for the other two nights. That was on the fourth it’s now the 10 th and the refund is still lingering on my statement as pending. They want to blame the bank for it not getting refunded but in reality it’s super 8 not forwarding the money back to my account. It looks like they are gonna refund it on paper but we will see if anyone at super 8 hits enter on their keyboard to send the actual funding for the refund. My daughter also stayed in another room across from my room and it was just as bad, dirty and smelly.

Not doing this again...

Wouldn't stay again if it were free. Check-in line took 20 minutes, only to discover that my two rooms were on two different floors, despite booking both at the same time, in advance. Bedding was cheap and stained on one of the four beds, but so were the rooms. Towels were also stained. There were people sitting in the parking lot drinking in front of registration entrance. Non-smoking hotel and the first floor smelled strongly of some burning substance. Second floor had a strong odor of smoke coming from 2 rooms. Breakfast consisted of a few pieces of bread, a few bagels with no cream cheese in sight, two types of cereal, and maybe a thing or two of yogurt. Online photos look very different in the breakfast area. Final straw was the six-live-roaches on the bathroom counter, this morning. As we were leaving a deputy pulled into the drive... was it a coincidence or related to loitering or consumption of suspicious substances. Headed to the area again and will need a single room, but I won't stay here regardless of the cost.

I still haven’t received my $50 dollar security deposit and it’s been over 5 days , when I first stayed and checked out my deposit was in my card before I left the parking lot of the hotel
