We had to get an extra two night stay for health reasons, not realizing the hotel had no elevator and could not get a room on the first floor. Outlets in the room were not working to charge our phones-the only outlet was in the bathroom

Nice little room for my wife's & my visit. We were only there for 1 night but had a lovely time using the supplied kayaks, paddle & rowboats. We sat on the chairs at the beach & enjoyed a quiet evening as the sun set. Our room was clean, included a small refrigerator & microwave & very comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

When I entered the room, I found drops of blood on the floor and blood on the door. This is completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the room. I was then moved to a smaller room with full-size beds, even though I had specifically reserved a room with queen-size beds. I did not receive the room I booked. The second room also had a bad smell. Despite these issues, the hotel refused to refund my money, citing their policy, even though the rooms were not clean and did not match my reservation. I do not recommend this hotel. If you have small children, please be very careful and inspect your room thoroughly before staying. The lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience.
