The window had a view of some random tree. The TV didn't work, because someone ripped the coaxial cable out, damaging it. There was no cellular reception in the rooms. There's no switch at the entrance to turn the lights on, and the bathroom weirdly has the light switch on the outside; in all cases, it is frustrating and unsafe to walk into a dark room and struggle to find out how to turn on the light. Given that the TV didn't work and coffee maker was unplugged and I had to troubleshoot it, it left me wondering how much attention is really paid by housekeeping when preparing for the next guess if things like this aren't noticed. It should be the bare minimum to ensure that the TV isn't set to a disconnected input that will confuse less technologically inclined guests -- I shouldn't be tracing wires when I bring my date back to spend the night. Door D often did not want to unlock from the outside, so I had to take the long way a couple of times. Door C has a sign for how to reach rooms on the first floor, but no sign indicating that I can make a 180° turn to find stairs to get to my second-floor room. Where's the elevator for luggage, or if I'm disabled? I lugged it all up and down a flight of stairs. I've stayed at better hotels in the area. The staff was polite, but it left me feeling like I gave the impression to my date that I cheaped out, when there were far cheaper. I'll pick somewhere else next time.

What a great time!! Super clean!

Staff were very friendly and efficient esp during breakfast. One of our rooms (#217) had a strong mildew smell even after it's been deodorized/sanitized soon after our complaint. Place is dated, laundry dryer was out of order, but overall well maintained, and there 2 pool that we did not get to use. Location is close to 30 mins from Saratoga and next door to many amusement rides.

Room was clean, and so were the hallways. Overall it was a fine roadside motel, but definitely overpriced. The breakfast was very small and the space had 3 tables but could barely fit 7 people.

Nous avons fait un arrêt d'une nuit au Home2 Suites by Hilton Queensbury Lake George sur le chemin du retour des vacances. L'hôtel est très propre et offre énormément de commodités. Nous avions une suite, Le déjeuner offert était généreux et présentait beaucoup de choix qui ont plus à toute la famille. Le Home2 Suites by Hilton Queensbury Lake George fera dorénavant partie de notre trajectoire de voyage!
