WONDERFUL! Wonderful! Wonderful!

I can show pictures of the unit that was very different than described. I paid extra for a Mountain View for 3 nights - and it was not Mountain View. We were in a different building at the bottom of the hill a 8 min freeezing cold and icy walk to the pool area.

Check in staff only provided information on parking and the address our room was located. It would have been extremely helpful to inform us of the free breakfast, restaurant coupon and the use of the outdoor patio as we bought breakfast out and paid for dessert at the Hotel Kinsey restaurant. The room was very clean.

Lots of character. Very comfortable bed. Walkable and convenient location. Great communication. The bathroom could use a bit of work. Great experience all around though.

Our weeklong trip meandering the roads of Vermont was made more memorable by our stay at the Brook Bound Inn! The property is gorgeous and impeccably maintained! Our room was clean and so quiet! The bed was comfortable, and the blackout window blinds allowed us to sleep a little later than normal. The bathroom was very clean with a large shower and great smelling body wash, shampoo, etc. Jake and Hope were so helpful before and during our stay. We also appreciated the robust WIFI. We didn’t try the amazing pool this time, but we will for sure on our next trip!

Such a disappointment. The standard of amenities was very poor. Manager was very very helpful and welcoming but this did not make up for the poor plumbing ,lack of amenities

Extremely Friendly Staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Convenient location. Highly recommend
