Upon arrival everything was great. Reservation clerk was great in giving an upgrade in hotel accommodations (celebrating 31st wedding anniversary). However later that evening discovered room television wasn't operating and hvac system in room was knocking throughout the evening. Was unable to reach anyone for hours to assist by ohone (housekeeping, room service, front desk) and when going to front desk - no one available to assist. Such a disappointment and an unfortunate end to an otherwise great stay.

Issues were quickly addressed. Place was clean and lots of amenities.

Very great customer service. Rooms are very clean. And property is very professional and quiet

Check-in is at 3 PM. And when I got there, my room wasn't ready, and they made me wait another 20 minutes. also, they had the audacity to wake me up the next morning at 9 o'clock. Telling me that checkout is at 11 am. They have no consideration for nobody's time.

House keeping took all day to bring me towels after calling 2 times and there’s no microwave and shower doesn’t close all the way so water gets out

It was a good peaceful property with good neighbourhood. I just wished it was a little more cleaner. We arrived late on the property and checkin was smooth, except we were provided wrong keypad code but it was quickly resolved upon a call to the host. When we entered the floor was dusty and vac smelling due to some prior debris in it. I recommend booking it, if you want a good peaceful time but do check on cleanliness prior to arrival.
