Fine for our 1 night stay. Close to fast food places. There was no shampoo or conditioner or lotion. Dispensers for conditioner and lotion were there but empty and nothing in location for shampoo dispenser. Has coffee to brew in room. Beds were ok. Air conditioner worked fine.

Property is very run down. Front desk staff are nor very polite and can not multitask. She was also complaining about her job. Pool will never be reopened. Breakfast is lacking.

Trash cans were full everywhere with additional trash all over the walkways. Room was a dive, under the beds never cleaned, found soda can and a bunch of old garbage, mattresses were old, stained and smelled horrible. Sheets had hair on them, deadbolt was the only working lock on door, no lock on bathroom door, shower had mold in seams, toilet was the only clean thing in the room. Avoid like the plague. Not worth saving $20 on a better hotel.

Unfortunately we were disappointed. We have been traveling for over a week and don’t generally stay in an hotel that costs this much, but thought we would treat ourselves. Originally, I called the hotel’s direct reservation line to book a room. Agent told me there was only one room available and it would be $400. I had looked on Expedia and saw the same room for $300. I told the agent that and she rudely said that on-line sites are not updated and proceeded to try to get me to book. I told her I would find a different hotel. Went to Expedia and booked my room. Now for the real issues. Hot tub was not working which is one of the amenities we really wanted to use. The toilet paper was like sandpaper. Expensive hotels should have nice toilet paper. The lounge was very, very nice and the bartender was wonderful. The food was delicious, best part of the stay. I would not recommend paying the money for this “high end” motel, only to get low end service.
