I had to cut short my stay by one day but had to pay for the day I was not there. I have been traveling for 60 years and that has NEVER happened before. What if I had to cut short my stay because of a death or illness in my family? What if I became ill and had to leave the inn a day early? Would I still have to pay? For this reason - do not stay at this inn.

Incredible bed, luxurious towels, location - the trifecta of what makes an optimum stay.
The fish and chips were top drawer as well:)
Very charming hotel. Quiet and clean. Great food/drink at the pub downstairs. Also walking distance to everything else in Canmore. Had a great time and will return when we can.
loved the antique bed frames and tea tray. they did not have cheese for cesear salad but offered extra lemon. not sure why
fresh baked cookies were left and plenty of beverages were at the front desk.
Excellent place to stay. Quiet, cozy and wonderful pub with great food. Enjoyed the tea selection with cookies in my room when I arrived. And various teas pkgs and iced lemonade or iced tea at the desk was very nice!
A quaint and friendly place. It is an older property so it does show some small flaws. We stayed in the Royal room and enjoyed the fireplace and claw foot tub. They have some great little personal touches like complimentary juice at the reception, homemade cookies in the room, and a hand written welcome card. The restaurant is a must too! Best breakfast!
This was a new - yet old experience. It reminded us of places we have stayed in Britain and yet was completely set out - including tea and crumpets (with cream). The food in the dinning room was exceptional and the pub delightful. Thank you so much.
