Everything was wonderful! Staff was so kind and accommodating. Food was fantastic. We found that there was little to no wait if we went right when the specialty restaurants opened. If we went later, there was a wait, but not terrible. They would give you a buzzer and you could go do whatever until it buzzed. Drinks were great! Great dessert choices, especially at the coffee shop for those late night cravings. We found that if you were down by the pools by 10am you could usually find chairs. After that, it becomes harder to find, but if you ask a staff member they will help you out! There was a good mix of ages of people while we were there. We loved the theme parties that we went to at the Caribe! It's definitely an experience! Our room was very nice and housekeeping did a great job keeping it clean, every day! We would definitely come back to this resort! It was a great vibe!

The room was very clean with an excellent view. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Wide variety of food to choose from. Beach was wonderful. Would not use Destination Services for transportation. Extremely poor staff, service and procedures.

From Day 1 to Day 7 … Riu Palace Kukulkán staff and service was as Spectacular this year as it was last year too…!!! Excellent Food and Newness of the Facility as well as the Very Kind and Attentive Professional Staff was what keeps us coming back.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Riu Cancun! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. The amenities were great, with beautiful facilities and a fun atmosphere. The food was a highlight, multiple restaurants included in the all-inclusive plan, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, an amazing experience with great hospitality. I would definitely return and highly recommend this resort!

Everything about the resort was great! The room was very clean and nice! The facility itself was very, very clean. Staff was always cleaning. And the staff were all so, so nice. The pool area was great. All the bars and restaurants were excellent. We do not have one bad thing to say about our stay...it was awesome!!

We stayed 5 days 4 nights and it was the best 5 days! We had ocean front room and it was mind blowing with such an incredible view. The room was very clean and it had a welcome gift and a complimentary drinks. We were well taking care off! The staff pay close attention to your needs and take care of it right away! I would definitely recommend stay! This resort provided a lot of amenities and entertainment! It is also located in a good area!

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff was attenuative and the food selection was wonderful; unlike other resorts we have stayed at. The check in was an issue. We uploaded all the information, passports, room assignments, etc. before coming. Had to resubmit it all and the room assignments were incorrect, wouldn't allow a change. Almost all the rooms are facing the ocean.

The staff seem rude at times when you didn’t leave a tip. There were times when I didn’t have cash and ask for a drink and they would chat with each other about us not leaving a tip. It seemed very rude. They didn’t know I spoke Spanish

The room was beautiful! love the tub inside. We loved all the amenities, coffee bar, Italian restaurant, and the buffet was always delicious! The staff all around was excellent! I am glad I did a spa service as well!

Room was nice..beds are not comfortable though rooms have very thin walls and you can hear everything in the halls. Staff and drinks are amazing! However the food was just ok.. Riu las americas was way better

We had the best stay at RIU palace! The food was exceptional - the Buffet was our favorite. The staff wore gloves and followed cleanliness. the rooms were spotless, clean, modern! We'll definitely be staying here again next time we visit Cancun!
